Wendy Blackwell joined SWCA as a Senior Lead for Climate and Disaster Resilience, focusing on nature-based solutions to reduce hazard risk. She is based in the Albuquerque Office and will be working both regionally and nationally.

The much-anticipated Council on Environmental Quality (CEQ) Implementing Regulations Phase 1 revisions have been posted to the Federal Register. Not surprisingly, this is looking like déjà vu all over again.
