The SWCA Board of Directors evaluates the skills necessary for SWCA to succeed today and into the future. It has also supported the organization during periods of growth and through challenging times, like the pandemic. Since 2017, the Board has included four employees from among the organization’s leadership and four external members. This approach strengthens our governance and increases thought diversity. With its collective experience, the Board guides us toward our North Star, enabling us to provide value to our employees, clients, and the environment.
