Matt Westover is promoted to Planning Director – Arizona. In this new role, Matt will leverage his experience and education in planning and resourcing to ensure the planning needs of clients in the Arizona market are met, while helping to make SWCA the best workplace for employees.

Carolyn is an energy industry veteran with 45 years of renewable energy and consulting experience. Over the last 20 years, she has worked for and with hundreds of Native American communities on energy development and cultural resource preservation.

In the last eight years, wildfires have scorched over 10 million acres (nearly twice the area of Massachusetts) in the U.S. annually on three separate occasions. The National Interagency Fire Center reports that this figure hadn’t been reached in the last three decades. With wildfires posing a greater threat, communities such as Boulder, Colorado, are urgently seeking ways to protect their homes.
