The San Luis Obispo office was established in 2008 when SWCA acquired Morro Group, the longest-running environmental consulting firm on the Central Coast.
Our staff primarily serves the transportation, and local and state government industries. Our specialties include environmental planning, biology, environmental compliance, and CEQA/biology master service agreements.
