Proven leaders promoted to Chief Delivery Officer, and Global Strategic Management Officer

SWCA Environmental Consultants, a leading global environmental consulting firm, today announced the appointment of two executives to bolster the company’s leadership team. These additions reflect SWCA’s commitment to excellence, innovation, and sustainability, positioning the company for continued growth and positive global impact.

The first half of 2023 altered the environmental permitting and compliance landscape with reforms in the recent Fiscal Responsibility Act of 2023, the Supreme Court ruling on waters of the United States, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service mitigation policies, and more.

SWCA Environmental Consultants names Newton DeBardeleben and Reid Persing as Program Management Directors. DeBardeleben and Persing will lead a core team focused on project execution and scaling SWCA’s capabilities to meet the needs of a key client in the power generation and transmission sector.

SWCA program management is designed to scale SWCA’s resources and capabilities, streamline service delivery, and promote innovation across projects for SWCA’s largest, most complex clients.
