SWCA Environmental Consultants announces the appointment of four vice presidents to lead the strategic direction, financial performance, client development, staff management, and scientific and technical quality for the firm’s newest subregions. These additions reflect SWCA’s commitment to supporting its people, clients, and projects across diverse markets and locations.

Brian Mehok – Vice President, Gulf Coast Subregion

Brent Handley is promoted to cultural resources director for the Southeast subregion. In this role, Brent will lead and grow the cultural resources service line in the Southeast subregion market. 

Harris Frampton is promoted to business line director for generation. In this new role, Harris will collaborate with staff, clients, and other regional and national leaders to expand and achieve generation business line objectives throughout the South region.
