Eric Munscher is promoted to Natural Resources Program Director for the Gulf Coast subregion. In this role, Eric will provide additional support and attention to staff development, mentorship, and engagement, while maintaining focus on business development, program/project execution, and delivery to clients.

Victoria Casteel is promoted to Arizona Natural Resources Director.

Bethany Smith joins SWCA as Communications and Creative Services Director. In this role, Bethany will lead our efforts to further the company’s brand and position in the industry. She will manage companywide marketing communications and branding efforts by overseeing our teams focused on internal and external communication, branding, and graphic design.
