Carlos Escalante has been promoted to Client Services Senior Director - Generation. In this role, Carlos will lead the development and implementation of a nationwide generation strategy, enhance SWCA’s generation capabilities, and oversee sales and marketing efforts. He will also align business lines with corporate growth goals, mentor staff, and collaborate with internal teams to promote SWCA’s business interests.
Carlos has over 30 years of experience in consulting and joined SWCA in January 2020 as the Pittsburgh Office Director. He has been successful in increasing the office revenue and business backlog, diversifying the client base, adding renewable clients, and establishing relationships throughout SWCA.
