Patty Riley is promoted to Environmental Planning Director for the Gulf Coast Subregion. In this role, Patty will provide additional support and attention to staff development, mentorship, and overall engagement, while maintaining focus on business development, program/project execution and delivery to clients, and supporting SWCA’s strategic goals/initiatives.
Since joining SWCA in 2017, Patty has played an integral role in the development of the Gulf Coast’s planning services. She is an AICP Certified Environmental Planner and Senior Professional Wetland Scientist with more than 37 years of professional experience in environmental studies, permitting, National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), and project management for natural gas, highway, and land development industries throughout the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Gulf Coast.
She holds a B.S. in biology and environmental science from East Stroudsburg University (PA) and an M.S. in ecology from Rutgers University (NJ).
