Sheri Waldbauer

As Chief of Staff, Sheri works closely with SWCA’s CEO and Executive Leadership Team to drive strategic initiatives, foster collaboration across departments, and ensure operational excellence. With a deep understanding of SWCA’s culture and a proven track record in organizational leadership and team development, she plays a key role in enhancing communication and accountability, streamlining decision-making processes, and providing essential support to senior leaders. Sheri joined SWCA in 2005 and was one of the first employees to focus on proposal services, helping to develop the companywide approach that has grown in the Marketing & Pursuit Resources (MPR) team.

Sheri has more than 30 years of experience across multiple facets of the industry and holds a Foundation Certification from the Association of Proposal Management Professionals.
