Sarah is the Vice President for SWCA’s Rocky Mountain Plains subregion, which includes our offices in Broomfield and Fort Collins, Colorado; Sheridan, Wyoming; and Bismarck, North Dakota. Additional remote staff in the region living in Montana, Minnesota, Nebraska, and Kansas also report into this sub-region.
Sarah has more than 20 years of experience in environmental consulting, natural and cultural resources management, tribal consultation, engagement/outreach, leading teams, and business development. Sarah began her career with SWCA in 2003 as an archaeological technician in the Denver office, and has worked through various career roles from archaeology, geographic information systems, project manager, and Office Director for Bismarck and Sheridan. Currently, Sarah focuses on all aspects of regulatory compliance of large multi-disciplinary energy development projects, including renewable energy for generation and transmission and oil and gas.
Sarah earned both a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Brigham Young University Anthropology Department, with an emphasis in archaeology.
