As Vice President of the Great Basin subregion, Pat will navigate subregion complexities through strong people leadership and refocus on projects and clients to drive solid performance.
Pat has over twenty years of experience in Human Resources and Talent Management, having worked in transportation, commercial construction, and consulting. He has devoted his career to the study and practice of organizational design and effectiveness, change management, learning and development, leadership coaching, process improvement, employee engagement, and talent acquisition. He holds an MBA from the University of Arizona with an emphasis on managing human capital in changing organizations, and a BA from Weber State University in Utah.
