Locke Brillhart

Locke is SWCA’s Vice President of Technology & Data Solutions. In this role, Locke is responsible for SWCA’s Business Solutions/ERP operations and planning team, collaboration software team, custom software development, and data science teams. His teams support and build everything from Deltek, SmartSheet, and PowerBI, to SpotBot, PowerApps, and the custom solutions for public client databases and Field Data Collection.

Locke joined SWCA in early 2022, having been with Sounds True as their VP of Technology, and with significant experience in our industry and in commercial software development. He has degrees in Computer Science and Applied Physics from Colorado State University, as well as the best moustache in the company.
