Ornithology
Much of SWCA's ornithological work centers on the Migratory Bird Treaty Act, which "governs the taking, killing, possession, transportation and importation of migratory birds, their eggs, parts and nests." We work to preserve birds, understand their migratory patterns, and proactively determine how projects will impact bird species.
