SWCA Environmental Performance Group worked with Black Diamond Equipment, an international outdoor equipment manufacturer, to complete the following tasks:
- “Green Team” alignment
- a detailed environmental footprint baseline analysis of the company’s carbon and ecological footprint, water consumption, and solid waste generation
- review and quantitative analysis of the company’s current green practices and eco-efficiencies
- recommendations around tracking and reporting progress, potential eco-efficiency opportunities, and employee and customer engagement
