Solid Waste Assessment, Café Rio

SWCA Environmental Performance Group worked with Café Rio, a multi-state restaurant franchise, to complete a detailed assessment of their solid waste stream and evaluate alternatives to improve their recycling practices. The assessment included recommendations for waste handling and hauling practices and recommendations for alternative serving materials. The assessment resulted in Café Rio designing a customized recycling station in their restaurants.
