Overview:

SWCA was retained by Kern County, California to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the Blackhawk II residential development project in Kern County, California. The project entails an amendment to the Western Rosedale Specific Plan and development of 70 acres for residential use. SWCA is also preparing technical studies to support the EIR impact analyses and working closely with Kern County to ensure consistency of the EIR with other EIRs prepared in the County.
