SWCA was retained as a sub-consultant of Parsons-Brinckerhoff to provide natural and cultural resources services, as well as technical services, in support of an Environmental Assessment prepared for proposed capacity improvements to a roadway in southern
Services Provided:
This project resulted in the documentation of several historical buildings and canals.
The deadline for this project was extremely aggressive and required intensive coordination of the Section 106 and Section 4(f) review processes in order to meet the proposed schedule. Cultural resources, specifically, historical buildings, was the primary resource issue of concern in the project. The client was able to meet the schedule by relying on SWCA's expertise and reputation with the cultural resource regulatory agencies.
