Heather Huerta Promoted to Senior Program Management Director

Heather Huerta has been promoted to Senior Program Management Director. In this role, Heather will continue to lead our multi-disciplinary team focused on delivering and executing projects for a key electric utility client. She will play a critical role in developing talent, driving results, and ensuring high quality and consistency across all projects. Additionally, Heather will work to expand and diversify the services we provide to key utility clients by collaborating with local leaders, program management, and transmission business line leaders across the company to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Heather joined SWCA in 2011 as a field biologist and quickly became a pivotal figure in managing contracts and building teams to support our Southern California utility clients. Her leadership and strategic vision have been instrumental to our success in this sector.
